Programs and support for healthier, more active aging
Savvy Caregiver
Savvy Caregiver is an evidence-based training program for family caregivers of individuals with dementia. The program helps caregivers reduce stress and burden while building confidence and skill in their care role.
Healthy Eating for Successful Living in Older Adults
Healthy Eating for Successful Living is a nutrition program for older adults based on the USDA MyPlate model. Participants learn goal-setting, self-assessment, and dietary management skills through group sessions led by trained facilitators and a nutrition professional.
A Matter of Balance
A Matter of Balance is a workshop designed to help older adults reduce their fear of falling and increase their activity level and confidence. Sessions are led by trained volunteer coaches and focus on practical strategies for staying active and independent.
Osteo Exercise Class
Osteo Exercise Classes are offered free of charge for individuals with Osteoporosis or Osteopenia to help prevent worsening of their condition. Classes are taught by trained volunteers at multiple locations across Cape Cod.
