Elder Services of Cape Cod and the Islands, Inc. is a nonprofit, community-based organization dedicated to promoting the welfare, enhancing the quality of life, and maintaining the dignity of adults as they age in Barnstable, Dukes and Nantucket Counties. The population of our service area is about 232,500 and of the total population, over 80,000 or 30% are age 65 or older. Our organization works with government, non-profit and private partners to identify and respond to the needs, problems, and concerns of elders and their families. We currently employ 149 people to accomplish this work.
