As a federally-designated Area Agency on Aging, Elder Services of Cape Cod and the Islands creates a new plan for moving forward in its delivery of those programs authorized under the Older Americans Act every four years. Input from local stakeholders ensures that our agency is aware of current and emerging changes in the aging landscape, and helps us do our best to address them. The 2026 – 2029 Draft Plan is available now for public review and comment.
