Elder Services of Cape Cod and the Islands, Inc. (ESCCI) Title 111 C Elder Nutrition Program receives funds from the Older Americans Act of 1965 as amended, for the delivery of services to Elders. Bids are requested for the preparation and delivery of meals for the Home Delivered Meals and Congregate Program beginning October 1, 2025 through September 30, 2028.
ESCCI has three (3) separate contracts available: Barnstable County, Dukes County and Nantucket County.
A caterer can bid on one, two or all three contracts.
Bid specifications for Barnstable County.
Bid specifications for Dukes County.
Bid specifications for Nantucket County.
A bidder’s conference will be held via zoom on June 10th at 10am. If interested in attending, please contact the Nutrition Program Director Lou Eppers at (508) 394-4630 x 401.
Bid proposals are due by 4pm June 20, 2025.
